Bell peppers come in all colors, shapes, and sizes. However, they all taste a little bit different, and red bell peppers are a little sweeter than yellow bell peppers. In the same fashion, yellow bell peppers are slightly sweeter than green bell peppers. Technically bell peppers are a fruit, but since most people use them as a vegetable, they make this list. Nutritionally, each color of pepper has a very slight difference, but they are fairly similar.
