Here is another vegetable that has alternate names across the Atlantic. Known by the original Italian word ‘zucchini’ in the US and Australia, this vegetable goes by the French name of ‘courgette’ in the UK, Ireland and New Zealand. But whatever you call it, it still looks and tastes the same.
Zucchini can be enjoyed both raw or cooked, and you can even make vegetable noodles (dubbed “zoodles”) with it. Zucchini has a fresh, soft and sweet flavor and texture, and it provides a good amount of nutrition too;
