Classic Breakfast Sandwich

There is nothing quite sort of a hot breakfast sandwich with melty cheese and a wonderfully jammy egg to start out the day. No got to leave the house, they’re very easy to form homemade (and in only minutes)! These are often made ahead or on the spot for a fast grab-and-go breakfast. Keep a couple of within the freezer and let everyone help themselves!
Ingredients :
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 4 large eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Canadian bacon or 4 slices ham
- 4 English muffins split
Sandwich Sauce :
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- dash of hot sauce

Method : Mix sandwich sauce ingredients and put aside . Place muffins on a baking sheet, split side up and place under the broiler 2-3 minutes or until lightly crisped. Remove from the oven and spread each with sandwich sauce. Top 4 halves with Canadian bacon or ham and top 4 with cheese. Heat butter during a small non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack eggs into the skillet and season with salt & pepper. Allow to cook about 1 minute to line the sides . Add 2 tablespoons water and canopy with a lid. Cook 3-5 minutes or simply until the yolks begin to line. While eggs are cooking, place English muffins back under the broiler to melt the cheese and warmth the bacon. Add egg to every sandwich and serve!
