Ingredients :
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup cilantro (fresh, chopped)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano (dried)

- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons chili powder (mild)
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
Method : Gather the ingredients. Combine all of the marinade ingredients. Store the marinade during a plastic or glass container with a lid. it'll confine the refrigerator for up to 5 days after preparation.
Marinating Times : The times to marinate depend upon the sort of food. Marinate beef, lamb, and pork for about six to 12 hours. It can remain within the marinade for up to 5 days. Marinate poultry for up to four hours. It can remain within the marinade safely for up to 2 days. Marinate fish for half-hour to at least one hour. Marinate shrimp for 15 to half-hour . don't marinate longer or they're going to get mushy.
