Tomato Chutney Recipe

Ingredients :

- 1 Tbsp Oil

- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds

- 10 Curry Leaves

- 1 Garlic Cloves(Crushed)

- 1 tsp Ginger

- 5 Tomatoes

- 5 tsp Red Chilli Powder

- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp Sugar

- 1 tsp Vinegar

Method : Take oil in pan, put mustard seeds, curry leaves, crushed garlic cloves and chopped ginger. Saute them together. Add tomatoes and mix along to make a thick paste. Add red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, sugar and vinegar. Saute thoroughly and it is ready to serve.
